“ We were celebrating our engagement and did the tasting menu—it was absolutely incredible! The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to congratulate us, making the experience even more special. I also opted for the wine pairing, and it was well worth it! The sommelier personally came over to explain each selection, and every wine was not only delicious but perfectly matched to each course. The attention to detail and level of service made the evening unforgettable. I highly recommend doing both the tasting menu and wine pairing for a truly exceptional dining experience! ”
“ Radicato is the best meal I’ve had in Breckinridge. We did the tasting menu and it’s one of our favorite tasting menus we’ve done in Colorado. Every dish was beautiful and delicious. The pacing was great. The service was attentive and personable. Our main server Emma was a wonderful part of our experience. She had great recommendations and made sure we had a great time. Drinks were great, but I want to especially highlight the Stranger in the Alps. A milk washed cocktail with rum and espresso. Paired excellently with our dessert and it came highly recommended. All in all, every aspect of Radicato was delightful and we’re eager to make it a regular part of our trips to Breckenridge. ”
“ I made a reservation for my anniversary and they had an anniversary card signed by the staff on our table when we arrived. My husband was interested in the tasting menu, but the entire table has to participate and since I’m vegan we did not think it would be possible. But the chef put together a 6 course vegan tasting menu for me so my husband could have the regular tasting menu. Wonderful staff. You must make a reservation in advance. I booked 2 weeks in advance and there was not any availability before 8 on a Monday night (which was fine for us, as we wanted something after 8:30) so if you want a prime time like 6, you must book early. ”

“ Our dinner at Radicato was delicious and enjoyable. The polished wait staff and ambience give an upscale experience with a modern ski town, semi-casual vibe. Note that it is louder than I would have expected due to the background music and lively crowd with noisy acoustics. The service was thorough and attentive, and our waiter was quite knowledgeable with the menu and offerings. We enjoyed the Brussels sprouts salad, gnocchi, cocoa tagliatelle, and buckwheat cake. Although I realized I am not a fan of sliced winter truffles, or figs in my dessert, this is no fault on their part. Everything was executed nicely and made for a great dining experience. ”
“ Lovely space for top shelf dining experience w great view of the sparkling plaza outside from your cozy yet lofty seats. The bar keeps are very detail oriented w some crafty mashups. The focaccia bread is a must for me, make sure u mix up the contrast of the pairings that u get with it. Hand made pasta is delicate and as good as advertised. A special experience for sure, glad we got reservations and made it back. ”
